- Manage end-to-end recruitment.
- Handle onboarding and induction.
- Manage employee lifecycle.
- Handle exit formalities and settlements.
- Manage employee relations and grievances.
- Conduct employee engagement activities.
- Manage attendance, leave and payroll coordination.
- Ensure HR and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate performance appraisals and reviews.
- Coordinate training and development.
- Maintain HR MIS and employee records.
- Implement and communicate HR policies.
- Support manpower planning and requirements.
- Promote a positive workplace culture.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
