Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage home loan leads provided by the company.
- Connect with customers and understand their home loan requirements. (Field Sales)
- Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation.
- Handle the complete process from login to disbursement.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth processing.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct field visits as required.
Requirements:
- Graduate / 12th Pass.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and customer interaction.
- Knowledge of home loans or financial products is an advantage.
