Role Overview

Frontlines Edutech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and innovative AI Engineer to join our

technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing

AI-powered applications using modern LLM frameworks and retrieval systems. You will be

responsible for designing, building, and optimizing intelligent AI solutions that enhance our

products, automate workflows, and improve user experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models

(LLMs).

● Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for intelligent

search and question-answering systems.

● Develop AI workflows and multi-agent applications using LangGraph and LangChain.





● Integrate AI models with web applications and internal platforms through APIs and

backend services.

● Design prompts, agent workflows, and knowledge retrieval systems to improve AI

performance and accuracy.

● Work with vector databases, embeddings, and document processing pipelines to support

AI applications.

● Collaborate with product, development, and design teams to understand business

requirements and deliver scalable AI solutions.

● Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.

● Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

● Troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve deployed AI solutions.

Required Technical Skills

● Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

● Strong knowledge of LangChain.

● Experience in building AI workflows using LangGraph.

● Experience integrating Large Language Models
