Job Summary

We are looking for a presentable, confident, and customer-focused CRM Sales Executive to join our jewellery store. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, generating sales, following up with leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers professionally and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and in-store interactions.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate sales.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Inform customers about new collections, offers, and promotions.
- Maintain customer details, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer follow-up targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.




- Encourage repeat purchases and referrals from existing customers.

Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu and Hindi – mandatory.
- Positive communication skills in English will be an advantage.
- Presentable and well-groomed personality.
- Confident and polite while interacting with customers.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
- Good convincing and sales skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to handle customer follow-ups through phone and WhatsApp.
- Prior experience in CRM, jewellery, retail sales, showroom sales, or customer relationship management is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.
