Guide prospective PGDM and PGDM Business Analytics candidates through the admissions process — from first enquiry to enrolment — while ensuring smooth, accurate execution behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents on eligibility, programs, and career fit
- Handle enquiries and follow-ups via calls, email, and video
- Manage GDPI invitations, offer letters, and fee collection follow-ups
- Maintain accurate applicant records in the CRM
- Represent XIME at education fairs and campus events
- Generate admissions funnel reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM a plus)
- 1–4 years in admissions, counselling, or student-facing roles — freshers welcome
- Robust communication and organizational skills
- Comfort with CRM tools and spreadsheets
