Role Description
The Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Karnataka, India, responsible for supporting the planning and execution of events from concept to completion. This role involves coordinating logistics, vendor management, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The Operations Executive will monitor event workflows, track budgets and documentation, and help resolve operational issues in real time. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners,



explicit communication with stakeholders, and maintaining operational standards and process improvements. The Operations Executive will also assist in post-event reviews to capture learnings and optimize future events.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle event logistics, workflows, and resource coordination.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with teams, vendors, and clients.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance, and support process improvements.
- Experience in event management, hospitality, or related operations-focused roles is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Karnataka, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic office software and project management tool
