Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Renewable Energy Engineering
- PMP Certification will be an added advantage.

Experience & Core Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in utility-scale solar projects.
- Strong experience in Solar EPC execution.
- Candidates should have relevant experience in their respective discipline.
- Mechanical candidates must have strong experience in MMS installation and mechanical execution.
- Electrical candidates must have experience handling the complete electrical package execution.

Key Responsibilities – Electrical
- Manage installation and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Supervise inverters, transformers, switchyard and transmission activities.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning.




- Ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Manage subcontractors and site engineers.

Key Responsibilities – Mechanical
- Manage installation of MMS, trackers and PV modules.
- Supervise mechanical erection activities.
- Monitor productivity and workmanship.
- Ensure safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with civil and electrical teams.

Additional Requirements –
- Strong understanding of tracker/fixed-tilt structures.
- Must have handled a 500 MW portfolio.
- Solid team and contractor management capability.
