We are looking for a female candidate with experience in cosmetics/beauty advisor management, retail sales, or team handling. The candidate should have good communication and customer-handling skills and be comfortable managing advisors and driving sales.
Role & responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the advisor/sales team.
- Handle customer queries and maintain valuable customer relationships.
- Monitor daily sales and team performance.
- Ensure proper product presentation and availability.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in cosmetics, beauty, retail, FMCG, or similar sales roles preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team management and target-oriented approach.
- Female candidates only.
