Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations to support a large, distributed workforce in catering,



procurement, and support services. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and involves managing recruitment and onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The role includes handling employee relations, resolving workplace concerns, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company standards. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate closely with operations and leadership teams to plan manpower, optimize staffing, and support workforce development through training initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate HR records, managing payroll inputs and attendance data, supporting disciplinary processes, and contributing to a positive, inclusive work culture aligned with AIPL’s values.
