Salary: ₹3.75 LPA + Sales Commission + Shift Allowance
Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST / 12:30PM - 9:30PM IST
Working Days: 5 days/week | 2 days rotational week-offs

About the Role

We're hiring Customer Experience Advisors to join its APAC team in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting international customers and professionals across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the US through voice, email and chat, while also identifying sales opportunities and promoting Bark's marketplace subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries through calls, emails and chat.
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain Bark's products, services and marketplace subscriptions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Resolve customer issues within defined TAT and service standards.




- Use Zendesk/ticketing and CRM tools to manage customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Achieve Customer Experience and sales KPIs.
- Provide accurate customer feedback to internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience handling international customers through voice/email/chat.
- Prior outbound sales experience is preferred/required.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with sales conversations and achieving targets.
- Experience with CRM/ticketing tools such as Zendesk is an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable and customer-focused.
