We are expanding our digital advertising team and seeking a results-driven E-commerce Advertising Lead to lead advertising strategy, campaign execution, team performance, and client growth across multiple accounts. Role Overview

As an E-commerce Advertising Lead, you will own the overall advertising strategy and performance for client accounts across platforms such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and Meta/Google (where relevant).



You will lead campaign planning and optimization while working closely with Account Managers, Advertising Managers, Content teams, and clients.

This is a performance-centric leadership role for someone who thrives on KPIs, is highly analytical, and can translate data into actionable strategies that drive profitable growth and strong ROAS.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdvertising Strategy & Planning
- Develop and lead customized advertising strategies based on client goals, budgets, category dynamics, and growth targets.
- Define the right campaign mix across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP, and other relevant ad formats.
- Establish budget allocation, targeting structures, bidding strategies, and performance benchmarks.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, current product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events.
