1. SF EC Lead:
- SuccessFactors EC consultant with overall 5-7 years of Exp (Certification in EC is mandatory).
- At least 2 EC Implementation project experience and ability to troubleshoot issues and show quick PoC (in some cases) in EC would be helpful.
- Should be able to handle a Configuration based change in a Change Request for EC within stipulated time with Unit and Integration Testing, Customer Interaction for requirement gathering and Testing.
- Should have good understanding of the HR business process set up in SF.
- Valuable in verbal and written communication skills : English.
- Awareness of Integration concepts between EC, Integration Centre and CPI would be an added advantage.
