About the Role

We are looking for confident, motivated, and student-focused Student Counsellors to join our Sales team at our Kozhikode branch.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling student enquiries, understanding their educational and career requirements, providing suitable guidance, and converting enquiries into successful admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills,



a positive professional presence, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for student enquiries.
- Handle incoming calls from prospective students, approximately 30–40 calls per day, with timely follow-up.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds, interests, career goals, and requirements.
- Provide accurate information about courses, programs, fees, and admission processes.
- Counsel students and parents regarding suitable courses and career options.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Work towards daily and monthly enquiry-handling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
