Role Description
The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and growing Naukripay Group’s presence across social media platforms on a full-time, on-site basis in Faridabad. Daily tasks include planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling content, optimizing posts for engagement and reach,



and monitoring performance metrics. The role also involves responding to comments and messages, coordinating with internal teams to align social media activities with overall marketing and branding goals, and staying updated on industry trends and platform best practices. The Social Media Executive will contribute to brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement through consistent, data-informed social media activity.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms.
