Product Owner Databricks, Analytics & AI
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for Analytics, Data, and AI initiatives.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Analytics teams to deliver solutions.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure successful delivery of Databricks, Analytics, Reporting, and AI/ML capabilities.
- Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and delivery milestones.
- Act as the voice of the customer and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Monitor product performance and track business value realization.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communicate progress regularly.

Skills & Experience Required
- 9+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Delivery professional.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- Robust understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
- Experience working with Databricks, Analytics, Data Engineering, or AI/ML projects.
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or similar technologies.
- Experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and roadmaps.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Experience in Financial Services or Banking domains is an advantage.
- SAFe POPM or CSPO certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, and advanced analytics solutions.
- Understanding of data governance, data quality, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
