About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer with experience in a manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring production targets are achieved, maintaining quality standards, optimizing manufacturing processes, and minimizing production waste.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet production targets.
- Ensure smooth and productive operation of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Monitor production output, productivity, quality, and process efficiency.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, stores, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor raw material consumption and minimize material wastage and implement effective waste management and reduction practices.
- Maintain production records, reports, and relevant manufacturing documentation.




- Support project planning and production planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
- Train and guide production operators and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure housekeeping and 5S standards are maintained on the shop floor

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech/ in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, Civil or any related field.
- 35 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing plant.
- Experience in roofing sheet, PUF/PIR sheet manufacturing, or similar sheet manufacturing processes is required.
- Practical knowledge of production planning and shop-floor operations.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and production efficiency.
