Placement Officer

We are looking for a confident and well-connected Placement Officer to manage student placements and build strong relationships with companies and recruiters.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate placement activities for students and trainees.
- Build and maintain relationships with companies and HR professionals.
- Identify suitable job opportunities for students in the IT industry.
- Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and placement activities.
- Communicate with companies regarding candidate requirements and job openings.
- Guide students throughout the placement process.
- Maintain placement records and provide regular updates.
- Support students in preparing for interviews and career opportunities.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in placement, recruitment, HR, career counselling, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the IT industry and recruitment process.




- Candidates with knowledge of IT courses such as Web Development, Data Science, Python Full Stack, Digital Marketing, and related technologies will be preferred.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Confident in communicating with companies, HR teams, and students.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Preferred Candidate
- Strong skilled communication skills.
- Confident, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Experience in an educational institute, training institute, recruitment agency, or IT industry will be an advantage.
- Passionate about helping students find suitable career opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
