Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Workforce Management / Scheduling & Real-Time Analyst to support a high volume payment processing operation. The operation will process 1M+ transactions per month, with transaction volumes distributed across defined time intervals and governed by productivity, SLA/TAT and quality requirements. The role will be responsible for ensuring that the right capacity is available at the right time by combining forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, intraday management and performance analytics. The individual will act as a central point of contact between Operations, Workforce Management and Leadership, providing real-time visibility into volumes, productivity, staffing, backlog, capacity utilization and SLA/TAT risks. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, comfortable working with large datasets, proficient in MS Excel and capable of making quick, data-driven decisions in a dynamic 24x7 environment.

Preferred candidate profile

36 years of experience in WFM, Workforce Planning, Scheduling, RTA, Capacity Planning or Operations Analytics.





• Experience supporting high-volume transaction-based or back-office operations is strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of: o Forecasting o Capacity planning o FTE calculations o Productivity o Shrinkage o Scheduling o Intraday management o SLA/TAT management o Backlog management

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including: o Pivot Tables o XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP o SUMIFS / COUNTIFS o IF/IFS o Data validation o Conditional formatting o Charts and dashboards o Basic data modelling • Ability to work with large transaction and operational datasets.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to identify trends, anomalies and capacity risks quickly.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data and recommendations to Operations and senior management.

• Ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
