Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, including production planning and logistics coordination.
- Monitor order status updates and communicate with customers regarding shipment delays or changes.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in order management, preferably in the petrochemical industry.
- Solid understanding of sales order processing, invoice verification, and order fulfillment processes.
- Proficiency in SAP systems is required; knowledge of other ERPs an asset.
