Job Summary

The Accountant will manage daily financial transactions, ensuring accurate records and compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role involves ensuring timely entries for purchases and sales of equity/Mutual funds etc. bank reconciliations, and compliance with GST and TDS. Working closely with banks and brokers to facilitate smooth financial operations, as well as maintaining the integrity of company and individual accounts.

Package : 7 - 12 lakhs per annum (in hand)

Key Responsibilities-
- Daily Transactions: Handle entries for bank payments, receipts, and purchases/sales of equity and mutual funds.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliations and verify the accuracy of bank statements.
- Liaising with Banks:



Communicate with banks regarding transaction details, follow up on UTR numbers, and manage fixed deposit and statement requests.
- GST and TDS Compliance: Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations, including timely submissions and accurate documentation.
- Accounting Entries: Manage entries for both company and individual accounts, ensuring timely updates and reconciliations.
- Broker Liaison: Coordinate with brokers for contracts and bills, ensuring same-day entries and accurate record maintenance.
- Payroll Processing: Oversee employee payroll processing, including PT and other deductions, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Documentation: Organize and maintain comprehensive records of financial transactions, contracts, and compliance documents.
- Regulatory Compliance: Handle SEBI, Exchange (NSE/BSE), and DP compliance requirements, filings, and audit queries in a timely manner.
