Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to design industrial shelters, E-Houses, Analyzer Shelters, SWAS (Steam & Water Analysis System) enclosures, HVAC-integrated industrial cabins, and related fabricated structures. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in 2D and 3D design using AutoCAD and SolidWorks, with a solid understanding of sheet metal fabrication, structural design, thermal management, and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Design industrial E-Houses, electrical shelters, analyzer cabins, SWAS shelters, control rooms, and HVAC-equipped enclosures.
- Prepare detailed 2D manufacturing drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Develop General Arrangement (GA), fabrication, assembly, and installation drawings.
- Design sheet metal parts,



structural frames, base frames, doors, roofs, cable entry systems, and mounting arrangements.
- Coordinate HVAC layout, Heat load calculation, ventilation, thermal insulation, cable routing, lighting, and internal equipment layouts.
- Ensure designs comply with customer specifications, applicable standards, and project requirements.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), material specifications, and fabrication documentation.
- Coordinate with Electrical Design, Production, Purchase, Quality, and Project teams during project execution.
- Resolve manufacturing and site-related design issues by providing timely engineering support.
- Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost reduction, ease of assembly, and transportation.
- Participate in design reviews with customers and internal teams.
