Role & responsibilities: :-

CL 8/9/10 Talent Acquisition.
- CL 9–End to end global TA experience with people, client, stake holder and escalation management. On paper TL exp is mandate.
- CL 10 -We are ok to look for acting TL OR TL experience with Global TA exp.
- CL 11 – End to end TA from sourcing to onboarding exp into international hiring.
- CL 12 - Trainable resource to be considered with domestic/International TA experience, with good communication skills.

CL 9/10/11/12 – Employee Services (WFA)
- CL 9 roles, we are looking for candidates with Global EDM experience. Candidate should have strong client management and people management exp along with Any tool experience.
- CL 10 – Acting team lead exp, or team lead exp role with 5 to 6+ years of experience along with any tool experience.
- Cl 11 - Candidate should have domain experience into WFA with exposure to Success factor tool.
- CL 12 – Any HRSS exp will do with good communication skills.
