We are looking for a
Catalogue & E-commerce Executive
who can take ownership of our product catalogue, website merchandising, marketplace listings and day-to-day e-commerce operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers and data, and understands how a well-managed catalogue can directly impact online sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Catalogue Management
- Manage the complete product catalogue across Shopify and marketplaces.
- Create current products, SKUs, variants and collections.
- Maintain accurate product titles, descriptions, prices, SKUs, barcodes, dimensions and other product attributes.
- Ensure every product has complete information before being published.
- Maintain accurate mapping of products, variants and inventory.
- Regularly audit the catalogue for errors, duplicate products,



missing information and incorrect data.
- Maintain proper product categorisation and tagging.
- Shopify Website Management
- Manage day-to-day product updates on Shopify.
- Create and update products, variants, collections and product tags.
- Maintain product availability, pricing and inventory visibility.
- Organise products into appropriate collections such as Designer, Luxe, Festive, Woollen, etc.
- Manage collection merchandising and product ordering.
- Ensure newly launched products are displayed correctly on the website.
- Coordinate website updates for festive campaigns, launches and promotions.
- Identify and report website issues affecting product visibility or customer experience.
- Marketplace Management
- Manage product listings across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other relevant platforms.
- Create and optimise marketplace listings according to platform requirements.
- Resolve listing errors,
