- Promote and sell the company's oncology instruments, equipment, and medicines to hospitals, cancer institutes, clinics, and diagnostic centres within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, hospital procurement teams, lab technicians, biomedical engineers, and pharmacists.
- Conduct regular product demonstrations and detailing for oncology instruments and equipment (e.g., infusion pumps, diagnostic devices, radiation/lab equipment as applicable).
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned products.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within hospitals, nursing homes, and cancer care centres.
- Coordinate with the procurement/purchase departments of hospitals for tenders, quotations, and order processing.
- Ensure timely delivery, installation support coordination, and after-sales service follow-up for equipment sold.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of oncology products, competitor products, and market trends.
- Organize and support product launches, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and hospital-level promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales reports, and expense reports; submit timely reports to the Reporting Manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable pharma/medical device marketing regulations.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally, coordinating with the technical/service team when required.
