About Us:

We are a wholesale women's ethnic wear business dealing in kurtis and Indian ethnic garments, operating primarily through Instagram and WhatsApp. We supply to retailers and boutiques across India.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries on Instagram and WhatsApp promptly and professionally

Conduct video calls with customers to showcase products and collections

Explain pricing, sizing (M–5XL), stock availability, and order process to customers

Follow up on pending orders, advance payments, and confirm order details

Share product images/catalogs and coordinate with the team for stock updates

Build and maintain valuable relationships with wholesale buyers and boutique owners

Handle basic order coordination — confirming designs, sizes,



and courier details

Maintain a friendly, professional tone in all customer communication

Requirements:

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or social media handling preferred

Comfortable doing video calls and presenting products on camera

Good communication skills in Hindi/English (regional languages a plus)

Basic understanding of Instagram and WhatsApp Business features

Self-motivated, well-organized, and customer-friendly attitude

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
