Roles and Responsibilities :

Market Entry & Strategic Planning:
• Analyse specific international target markets to identify therapeutic gaps and growth opportunities.
• Formulate country-specific business models (e.g. Branded-Generic Product Distribution, Out-Licensing
etc.)
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and map market intelligence on pricing, market access, and local
healthcare policies.
Distributor Acquisition & Relationship Management:
• Identify, evaluate, and on board qualified local distributors, importers, and strategic business partners
within assigned regions.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, including pricing structure, distribution rights, payment terms, and
MOQ etc.
• Set annual sales targets for distributors and actively support their marketing strategies to ensure
comprehensive market penetration.
Selection of Product Portfolio & Regulatory Co-ordination:
• Selection of product portfolio based on local viability and demands.
• Liaise with internal Regulatory Affairs/Distributor’s regulatory team for filing of ACTD/CTD product




dossier for registration with respective ministry of health of the countries through local distributor or
regulatory agency.
• Track the progress of product registrations, renewals, and regulatory compliance updates etc.,
Export Sales & Commercial Execution
• Generate qualified product enquiries, optimize product costing, issue accurate export quotations, and
secure steady repeat business.
• Achieve top-line sales goals and maintain a healthy profit and loss (P&L;) statement for the respective
territories.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing plants for generation of purchase order, production and
execution of export order in coordination with supply chain, logistics to safeguard smooth shipment
execution.
• Monitor advance and outstanding payment collection and structure secured Letters of Credit (LC)
payments.

Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in an international
