Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Lead Management
- Manage and regularly update all leads in the CRM.
- Coordinate with sales executives for lead follow-ups and conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations and orders.
- Track pending leads and ensure timely follow-up.
- Prepare and circulate daily/weekly sales reports.
- Monitor conversion status and identify pending opportunities.

2. Quotation & Order Management
- Prepare and coordinate quotations as per client requirements.
- Maintain a Pending Quotation Tracker and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate internally for pricing, stock availability and delivery timelines.
- Process confirmed orders and ensure all required documentation is complete.
- Track orders from confirmation to dispatch and delivery.

3. Order-to-Delivery (O2D) Coordination
- Monitor the complete O2D process from order confirmation to final delivery.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Production, Warehouse, Accounts and Dispatch.
- Ensure committed delivery timelines are communicated and followed.
- Escalate delays,



shortages or operational issues immediately.
- Maintain daily O2D status and highlight critical pending orders.

4. Customer Coordination
- Act as a key coordination point between clients and internal departments.
- Provide timely updates regarding quotations, orders, production and dispatch.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain solid customer relationships through proactive communication.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

5. PR Building & Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, architects, designers, dealers, vendors and other business stakeholders.
- Support the sales team in building and strengthening the company’s professional network.
- Identify opportunities for new business relationships, collaborations and referrals.
