Role Overview

Responsible for driving overall business growth through new business development, franchise development, market expansion, strategic partnerships and revenue generation. The role will identify new opportunities, build strategic relationships, acquire franchise partners and support the brand's expansion across markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across QSR, retail, corporate, institutional, and strategic partnership channels.
- Drive franchise development and acquisition, including lead generation, partner identification, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
- Identify new markets, cities, locations, and business formats for brand expansion.
- Build relationships with franchise partners, mall operators, landlords, corporate clients, property consultants, and other key stakeholders.




- Evaluate business opportunities and locations based on commercial viability, investment, ROI, customer potential, and market opportunity.
- Prepare business proposals and commercial models and lead negotiations with prospective partners.
- Coordinate with Operations, Projects, Finance, and Legal teams for execution, onboarding, agreements, and store launches.
- Explore strategic alliances and alternate revenue opportunities to strengthen business growth.
- Maintain a solid business and franchise pipeline and track opportunities from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with franchisees and business partners.
- Prepare regular MIS and business development updates for management.
- Achieve defined business development, franchise acquisition, revenue, and expansion targets.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/MBA with 5–10 years of experience in Business Development, Franchise Development, QSR, Retail, F&B;, or Hospit
