Purpose of the Role

1.On Time Delivery in full & Error Free to meet production plan.

2.Receiving Rejection & Assembly Floor Rejection to be zero.

3.Inventory Turns to be maintain as greater than 12 for BOP Component.

4.Spare Service level to be greater than 90% for BOP Component.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Implementation of PPRS for Runner & Repeater Items.
- Ensure change of PPRS/Min Max/ Planning category for PPRS Items
- Payment Follow-up with Suppliers
- Attending Rejection & AFR Meetings to achieve Zero RR & AFR.
- Achieve delivery performance of supplier by MOM with concern hierarchy .
- Ensure stock availability of CBD Components to achieve Service level Greater than 90%
- Ensure availability of components and avoiding of Trolley Shortage
- PPRS card / Min Max Qty Amendment for Production Plan requirement.
- Reduction of delivery lead time for long lead time/ indirect imported items.
- Production /DRO Roll out Meeting.




- Ensure that Sequential list is prepared and given to Supplier
- Ensure Material Collection by working with transport department
- Implementation of ECO Changes for Existing Items.
- Implementation of Drawing Modification & Implementation Mc No for Improvement aganist CC, RR & AFR.
- CAPA Implementation with supplier against RR & AFR.
- To Implement Shelf life /Lot Enabled items
- TQM Meeting to be conduct for DWM & Continuous Improvement.
- Work with SQA for Preparation of Quality Plan & Testing Procedure finalisation.
- Implementation of Risk Mitigation initiatives for delivery/Quality issues.
- Implementation of Current Component for Existing Product - Addition & Omission.
