- Should have solid experience ( 2 - 5 years) in Recruitment Industry.
- Experience in complete Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection.
- Managing End to End Recruitment activities of Permanent/Contract Staffing Hiring of Clients
- Should have strong experience in End to End Recruitment.
- Should have strong experience in Sourcing.
- Responsible to achieve individual and teams Revenue Target.
- Responsible Client Engagement/Relations and Deliverables.
- Must be target driven and resulted oriented person.
- Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally.
- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
