Senior Accounts Manager

Location: Noida

Work Schedule: 5 days a week (MondayFriday)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, generalist Senior Accounts Manager to independently manage end-to-end accounting operations and take ownership of finalization of accounts, including balance sheet preparation. This role suits someone who can operate across the full accounting spectrum — from day-to-day bookkeeping to statutory compliance to finalization — without needing heavy hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations: journal entries, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, vendor/customer accounts
- Independently draft and finalize Balance Sheet, P&L;, and Cash Flow Statements as per applicable accounting standards
- Handle month-end and year-end closing, including provisions, accruals, and adjustment entries
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance — GST, TDS, PF/ESI, Income Tax, and other applicable filings
- Coordinate with auditors (statutory, internal, tax)



and manage audit closures
- Prepare MIS reports, budget vs actual analysis, and cash flow projections for management
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and collections follow-up
- Support payroll accounting and reconciliation with HR/finance systems
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
- Liaise with banks for day-to-day banking operations, loan documentation, and reconciliations
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and accounting policies
- Mentor and review work of junior accounts staff

Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2–3 years handling finalization independently
- Solid working knowledge of Balance Sheet drafting, schedules, and notes to accounts
- Sound understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) / applicable GAAP
- Hands-on experience with GST,
