Wizzowl is a fast-growing Indian D2C jewellery brand focused on lightweight, everyday silver jewellery.

We are building Wizzowl 2.0 — a stronger, more differentiated jewellery brand with a much larger product universe, improved customer experience and an aggressive growth plan across D2C, marketplaces, social commerce and offline channels.

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who can take ownership of growth and help us build a predictable sales engine.

This is not a social media-only role.

We are looking for someone who understands numbers, customers, digital marketing, e-commerce and sales — and is willing to get hands-on and make things happen.

The Role

You will be responsible for driving Wizzowl's overall sales and marketing growth across:
- Wizzowl.com / Shopify
- Meta & Instagram
- Google Ads & Google Shopping
- Amazon,



Flipkart and other marketplaces
- Influencer & creator marketing
- WhatsApp / CRM / retention
- SEO and organic growth
- Promotions and offers
- New product launches
- Offline and exhibition opportunities

You will work directly with the founder and take ownership of monthly growth targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Growth
- Own monthly online sales targets and growth plans.
- Build weekly and monthly sales forecasts.
- Identify products, collections and offers that can drive revenue.
- Improve conversion rate, AOV and repeat purchases.
- Analyse sales by SKU, category, channel and campaign.
- Identify sales leakage and take corrective action quickly.
- Develop strategies to increase new customer acquisition and repeat customers.

2. Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Work closely with performance marketing agencies/freelancers where required.
- Monitor CAC, ROAS, MER, C
