About the Role

We are looking for a CareC marketing executive to promote and onboard home care agencies / centers onto the CareC application. The role involves client identification, application demonstrations, lead conversion, customer follow-up, database management, and coordination with IT and management for customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Identification & Lead Generation
- Identify and contact Home Care Agencies / Centers in the assigned location.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients.
- Connect with decision-makers and introduce the CareC application.
- Generate qualified leads through calls, visits, networking, and referrals.

2. Application Demonstration
- Schedule and conduct CareC application demos.
- Explain the features, benefits,



and usage of the application.
- Understand client requirements and demonstrate relevant features.
- Address basic queries and coordinate technical queries with the concerned team.

3. Follow-up & Conversion
- Follow up with clients after every demo.
- Understand client requirements, concerns, and objections.
- Maintain proper follow-up records.
- Convert potential clients into active CareC users.
- Coordinate the onboarding process after conversion.

4. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
- Ensure clients are comfortable using the application.
- Collect customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain professional relationships with home care agencies / centers.

5. Customer Issue & IT Coordination
- Receive and understand customer-reported bugs, errors, or application issues.
- Collect necessary details such as screenshots or error messag
