We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager with robust knowledge of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, the Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for managing audit assignments, ensuring statutory compliance, identifying financial and operational risks, and providing effective guidance to the finance team.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable rules and regulations.
- Review financial statements, accounting records, schedules, and supporting documents.
- Identify audit risks, control weaknesses, and areas of non-compliance.
- Prepare and review audit reports, observations, and management letters.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure timely compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other applicable tax laws.
- Review tax computations, returns, assessments, notices, and related documentation.




- Monitor statutory filings and compliance requirements under the Companies Act.
- Assist management in improving internal controls, accounting processes, and financial reporting.
- Lead and mentor junior audit and finance team members.
- Handle audit queries and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Keep updated with changes in Company Law, Tax Laws, Accounting Standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Audit & Assurance.
- Good working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013.
- Strong understanding of Income Tax Act and GST.
- Knowledge of TDS and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of accounting standards and financial statements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage audit assignments and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and team-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and accounting software.
