Roles and Responsibilities

Perform operations international voice processes with accuracy and efficiency.

Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet productivity targets.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Shift timing - 6:00PM - 3:00AM ( 5 days working ), Saturday & Sunday holiday.
