George Maijo Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our service operations and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day service centre operations.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the service team.
- Ensure timely and quality completion of vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Drive customer satisfaction and handle customer concerns and escalations.
- Monitor service quality, productivity, revenue, and operational KPIs.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with Maruti Suzuki service standards, processes, and safety procedures.
- Analyse service reports and implement improvements to operational efficiency.




- Maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to customer retention.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in automobile service operations, preferably in a dealership environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of automobile service processes and workshop operations.
- Ability to manage teams and achieve operational targets.
