SAP CFIN Tester

Location: India Remote

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP CFIN Functional Tester with strong SAP QA testing experience and hands-on experience in SAP Central Finance (CFIN) and BlackLine testing.

The ideal candidate should have strong functional testing experience across SAP Finance and integration with other SAP modules, along with experience in test planning, execution, defect management, data validation, and financial process testing.

Required Experience
- 7+ years of SAP QA / Testing experience
- 3+ years of SAP CFIN / SAP Central Finance testing experience
- Hands-on BlackLine testing experience
- Experience testing SAP FI/CO, MM and SD integration
- Robust experience in functional, integration, regression and UAT testing
- Experience testing CFIN scenarios including:
- Initial load
- Replication
- AIF monitoring
- Financial postings
- Ledger updates
- Experience validating master data, mappings and posting logic




- Experience with SQL/backend validation
- Experience with IDoc/XML validation
- Knowledge of AIF error handling
- Experience with SAP batch job monitoring (SM37)

Responsibilities
- Design and execute functional test cases for SAP CFIN scenarios
- Perform integration, regression and UAT testing
- Validate financial postings, ledger updates, master data and replication
- Test integration between CFIN and FI/CO, MM and SD
- Monitor and validate AIF errors and IDoc/XML processing
- Perform backend/data validation using SQL
- Log, track and manage defects using Rally, ALM or JIRA
- Participate in defect triage and work with developers/functional consultants for resolution
- Prepare test plans, RTM, execution reports and audit evidence
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers and business stakeholders
