Requirements

We are looking for a Data Analyst with 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel, data visualisation, and management reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Create interactive dashboards using Power Query and DAX.
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources.
- Prepare MIS, management, and ad-hoc reports.
- Track KPIs and identify trends, patterns, and data discrepancies.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
- Automate and improve existing reporting processes.




- Provide meaningful insights to support business decisions.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, MIS Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.
- Good knowledge of DAX and Power Query.
- Robust MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and advanced formulas.
- Good understanding of data visualisation and reporting.
- Knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
