About the role

ProGrowth Marketing Services is an AI and growth services firm working with US clients across financial services, insurance, and B2B technology. We are expanding our Bangalore operations team.

You will handle customer operations for a US financial services program—insurance document processing, document verification, data processing, and client correspondence—working with our AI-assisted processing system.

What you will do
- Handle inbound requests from US clients and move them to completion within turnaround times
- Process insurance and financial documents, verifying every detail—dates, names, amounts, signatures—before anything goes out
- Flag expired, missing, or mismatched documents early
- Keep CRM and records accurate and up-to-date
- Write clear, qualified emails to US clients

What we are looking for
- Excellent written and spoken English




- Bachelor's degree, preferably in commerce, finance or a related field (B.Com, BBA, economics or similar)
- 2+ years in customer support or operations with a US-based financial services firm (insurance, banking, lending, or a captive/BPO serving US financial clients)
- Strong interest in financial services as a career
- High attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines
- Comfortable working with AI tools and modern software

Working arrangements
- Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
- Onsite at our HSR Layout office, Bangalore
