Role & responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the executives calendar, appointments, meetings, and priorities.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, briefing documents, and reports.
- Attend meetings, record minutes, track action items, and follow up on pending tasks.
- Manage emails, calls, correspondence, and routine communication on behalf of the executive.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
- Coordinate business meetings, events, leadership visits, and other executive engagements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential documents, records, reports,
and business information with complete discretion.
- Track significant deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives assigned by senior management.
- Prepare and maintain trackers, presentations, spreadsheets, and executive reports.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of management decisions.
- Anticipate the executive’s requirements and proactively resolve scheduling or operational issues.
- Maintain an organized electronic and physical filing system.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative and organizational responsibilities as required
