Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the tender estimation process from bid solicitation to contract award, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of high-quality estimates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop comprehensive tenders that meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their expectations and preferences, providing tailored solutions for their projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the estimation process.
Job Requirements :
- 15-28 years of experience in mineral processing or a related field.
- Robust expertise in data mining, estimation, and mineral processing techniques.
- Proven track record in developing successful tenders for large-scale infrastructure projects.
