Role Description
The Article Assistant will support audit, accounting, and taxation assignments under the guidance of senior team members in a full-time, in office role based in Lucknow. Daily responsibilities include assisting in statutory and tax audits, preparing working papers, documenting findings,



and helping ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax laws. The role involves drafting and reviewing basic financial statements, maintaining books of accounts, and supporting GST and Income Tax return preparation and filing. The Article Assistant will also conduct research on accounting and tax issues, help prepare client reports and documentation, and coordinate with clients to collect necessary information. The position offers hands-on training, exposure to diverse industries, and structured learning aligned with professional qualifications.

Qualifications
- Candiates should have cleared both groups of CA Intermedia

te level.
- Candidates should possess strong accounting and auditing skills, including understanding of basic accounting principles, ledgers, trial balances, and audit procedures.
- Candidates should possess foundational taxation skills, with interest or exposure to Inco
