Job Overview

We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor with experience in residential construction and finishing activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil and finishing activities at residential project sites.
- Monitor workers, contractors and subcontractors.
- Ensure finishing work is completed according to required quality standards.
- Supervise flooring, plastering, painting, tiling and other finishing activities.
- Coordinate with the site engineer and project management team.
- Monitor daily work progress and report site updates.
- Inspect completed work and identify defects or pending activities.
- Assist in preparing residential flats for client handover.




- Coordinate rectification and snagging work before handover.
- Ensure proper use of materials and maintain site discipline.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in residential projects with builders.
- Knowledge of finishing and site supervision.
- Good contractor and labour coordination skills.
- Ability to monitor quality and project progress.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
