Civil Worker

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Civil Worker who can handle day-to-day civil work, repairs and project-related activities at our factory and premises.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle general civil construction, repair and maintenance work.
- Carry out brickwork, plastering, flooring, concrete and basic masonry work.
- Handle repair work related to walls, floors, ceilings and other structures.
- Assist in renovation, construction and project-related activities.
- Support the Administration / Projects team in day-to-day site requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors and other workers when required.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and materials.
- Complete assigned work within the required timeline.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work site.
- Handle other miscellaneous civil work as assigned by management.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2–5 years in civil work/construction/maintenance.
- Salary:



₹20,000–₹25,000 per month.
- Candidate should be hardworking, physically fit and practical.
- Must have hands-on experience in general civil work and repairs.
- Should be able to work independently and complete assigned tasks responsibly.
- Factory, industrial or commercial project experience will be preferred.
- Good understanding of basic construction materials and tools.
- Should be flexible to handle different civil and project-related requirements.
