Trident Nexus Business Center is a premium business hub in Dubai. We are looking for a driven Digital Marketing Lead to grow our digital marketing activities — expanding our reach to key decision-makers in Dubai, strengthening our B2B pipeline, and elevating our brand's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, plan, and execute integrated B2B digital marketing campaigns targeting businesses and decision-makers in Dubai.

● Own and grow our organic search presence through a structured SEO strategy — covering keyword research, on-page optimisation, and performance-driven content planning.

● Develop and manage our LinkedIn strategy, social media presence, and content calendar to build brand authority and generate qualified inbound leads.

● Plan and oversee paid digital campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, ensuring clear performance benchmarks and ROI accountability.

● Maintain and continuously improve the company website — content, structure, and user experience — in support of lead generation goals.

● Track, analyse,



and report marketing performance on a weekly basis, delivering clear, data-driven insights to the leadership team.

Requirements

● 4–6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with demonstrated focus on B2B lead generation.

● Strong hands-on experience in SEO, GEO, AEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, lead generation, and digital campaign management.

● Proven ability to independently plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns from brief to result.

● Solid understanding of web analytics, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

● Demonstrated experience independently managing the end-to-end digital marketing function of an organisation, without being part of a dedicated marketing team.

● Prior experience managing or mentoring a junior team member.

● Prior exposure to UAE, GCC, or international B2
