They are urgently looking for Factory Manager to oversee the complete operations of our manufacturing plant Near Vasai / Palghar

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for Production, Quality, Maintenance, Manpower management, Process Improvement, & overall Plant Efficiency.



The candidate should have strong leadership skills & hands-on experience in managing manufacturing operations.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate Engineer in Mechanical / Production Engineering
- Minimum 10 + years of experience in manufacturing/plant operations, with significant experience in a managerial role.
- Previous experience , in Machine shop with High-Precision CNC Machining, Forging, Casting, Pressure Testing, & strict Quality Compliance
- Strong experience in plant management, production, quality & manpower

handling.
- Knowledge of SOPs, ISO, Quality Management & Continuous Improvement

practices.
- Solid leadership, decision-making & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments & handle operational challenges

independently.
- Experience in labor management & conflict resolution will be preferred.
- Strong communication & team-management skills.
