Role Description
The Operations Management Trainee role at Saruh is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. The trainee will support daily operational activities, including monitoring performance metrics, analyzing restaurant data, and preparing reports for management. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, assisting in process improvements, supporting project execution, and helping address operational issues. The role also involves learning Saruh’s platform, supporting customers with basic operational queries,



and contributing to documentation and best practices. This position is designed to develop future operations leaders through structured training and hands-on experience.
