Requirements
Technical Skills
- Strong SQL (joins, subqueries, window functions)
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation
- Advanced Google Sheet skills
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

Functional & Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and documentation skills

Job responsibilities

Data Analytics & Reporting
- Design, develop, and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports using SQL, Google Sheets, and dashboards
- Analyze large datasets to generate insights related to business and operational performance
- Ensure high data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis for data issues

Operations & Delivery
- Own end-to-end delivery of analytics and reporting tasks
- Manage SLAs and ensure on-time delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables




- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and business stakeholders
- Handle requirement discussions, clarifications, and change requests

Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts
- Allocate work, review deliverables, and ensure quality standards
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance support
- Handle escalations and ensure smooth team operations

Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities to automate manual and repetitive tasks using Python and SQL
- Improve efficiency, turnaround time, and reporting reliability
- Create and maintain process documentation and SOPs
