Job Title: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager / Specialist Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and analytical CRM Specialist to oversee our customer relationship management strategy. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize data-driven CRM campaigns, manage customer lifecycle workflows, and leverage data analytics to increase retention, improve customer lifetime value (LTV), and minimize churn. Key Responsibilities * Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and execute end-to-end multi-channel CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and In-App Messaging. * Customer Lifecycle Management: Map customer journeys to create targeted onboarding, engagement, cross-sell/upsell, and win-back automation workflows. * Database Segmentation & Hygiene: Segment customer databases based on demographics, behavioral data, purchase history, and RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) metrics. * Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on CRM KPIs (e.g., Open/Click rates, Conversion rates, Retention rate, Churn rate, LTV).



* A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct continuous testing on subject lines, messaging, timing, creative assets, and landing pages to optimize conversion paths. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Support teams to ensure unified messaging and platform integration.
