Role & responsibilities
- Plan and manage cold room installation projects.
- Supervise installation and site teams.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor installation quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate refrigeration, electrical, and control works.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Communicate with clients and provide project updates.
- Prepare site reports and project documentation.
- Manage final inspection and client handover.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3+ years experience in cold room/refrigeration installation
- Technical knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Positive team management and communication skills
- Ability to read drawings and manage site work
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Refrigeration, or related field
